Board members, faculty, staff, and employees (“Individuals”) may not retaliate or take adverse employment action against another Individual for making a Disclosure (as defined below) pursuant to this Policy. Individuals may not use or attempt to use their authority or influence related to their University position to discourage or prevent an Individual from making a Disclosure as provided for in this Policy.
